Elizabeth brings to the table years of experience working with individuals who have difficulties with their mental health. Elizabeth specializes in anxiety, depression, bipolar, substance abuse, grief and loss, domestic violence and schizophrenia just to name a few. As a mental health therapist, Elizabeth believes in treating the whole person. The mind, body, and soul as one. When one is out of sync the whole is out of sync. Elizabeth recognizes and honors the mind and body’s own path and resilience to heal itself. The counseling process is a form of self-care to heal and grow. My goal as a therapist is to help you become the healthiest version of yourself possible! Using multiple treatment models, we will work together to help resolve any issues that you might have.

Meet Aly Frost

I am a licensed therapist in Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina, with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Fordham University, earned in 2022. I began my journey as a therapist in Hampton, VA, where I had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. Over the course of my career, I have developed specialized experience in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide clients with practical tools and strategies tailored to their unique needs. I believe therapy should be a collaborative and supportive space where clients feel empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. As an Army spouse, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges that military families face, from frequent relocations to the stress of deployment and reintegration. This perspective allows me to provide culturally competent care for service members, spouses, and families navigating these transitions.Outside of my professional life, I am a proud mother of five children. When I have time, I enjoy creating memories in the kitchen and spending time at nearby parks with my family. At the heart of my practice is the belief that life is meant to be enjoyed, not just endured. I strive to help clients move beyond survival mode and rediscover joy, resilience, and purpose in their everyday lives.

"The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched-they must be felt with the heart."
